Full-Stack Developer I Wellington/Remote (NZ)

We are looking for a capable Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. You will be across the full life cycle of features and products, working directly with the CEO and CTO. 

Some things you will be doing: 

  • Building products and features  in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript

  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving technical issues

  • Working with APIs (Shopify, Magento, Stripe, PayPal etc)

  • Communicating solutions to non-technical stakeholders

  • High level technical discovery and research

  • Managing end to end feature development

  • Low fidelity feature / product wireframing 

  • Inputting into  product strategy 

  • Tier 1 and 2 customer support

About you


  • Able to work remotely (option to work out of our Wellington office*)

  • Able to own your work end-to-end and work autonomously

  • Follow coding best practices

  • Several years experience delivering end to end products and features


Key competencies


  • Working in Ruby on Rails as your primary language

  • Working with at least 1 JavaScript framework for front end development

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS

  • Working with a wide variety of open source technologies and tools

Founder Associate I Marketing & Ops I Remote (UK) 

As we bolster our commercial team, we are looking to add a driven and highly commercial jack-of-all-trades Founder Associate to help market the product, drive strategy, take care of operations and solve the full range of company problems, as they arise.

We are seeking an innovative and driven Founder’s Associate, who is comfortable working in an ambiguous and high-paced environment and able to take on an assortment of tasks and challenges. The ideal candidate is razor sharp, has the ambition and ability to grow within our organisation. Marketing, partnerships and operations are big areas of focus for the business - your previous  experience in marketing, sales, ops, sales, customer management will be hugely valuable. 

Your responsibilities

  • Be thrown at the full range of tasks and high-priority problems across the company and proactively problem-solve as issues arise.

  • Identify and execute on new business opportunities, strategies and channels for growth and commercialisation.

  • Lead marketing, partnerships and growth initiatives.

  • Learn directly from the company's leadership, how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, how to achieve any possible goal.

  • Partner with the CEO on executing operational tasks required to achieve the company's goals.

  • Analysis & communication of our financial performance and other business KPIs, as well as assessing new products, markets & growth opportunities.

  • Responsibility for a range of special projects across the business, from partnerships & recruitment to our core digital product.
