Unless manually hidden, Pledger customer donation will appear as a product in your product catalogue and be visible to customers. Here is how to hide the donation product from your customer facing product catalogues.
Steps to hide the donation product

Go to Shopify admin and choose “Products”
2. Search for “Donation” and select the product.
3. On the right side select “Manage” next to “Sales Channels and Apps”.
4. Un-check the sales channel “Online store”.
5. Save to confirm the change
